Brent Peeples is an artist for IDW Comics. He is based in Dallas, Texas.

At a young age, Brent Peeples was encouraged to draw by his father. He would often draw things around the house or when they went to the zoo. Peeples became interested in comics when his father bought him some Superman comics that had a how to draw section. Growing up in the 90s, the first artist he drew inspiration from was Jim Lee and his work in X-Men #1. [1]

Peeples usually does a half to full book's worth of page thumbnail layouts. After that he does layout of the rough pencils on the art board. He does 2-3 pages of rough pencils then goes back and start tightening up what he started on. He usually does one page a day. [2]
