History[]
The Real Ghostbusters[]
Several days after rebuilding the Containment Unit, a red Bug-Eye Ghost was captured moments before the Ghostbusters were attacked by the Spectral Ghostbusters.
While the Halloween Deal was broken, two Bug-Eye Ghosts were among Boogaloo's army of ghosts. When they attacked the Firehouse in an attempt to free the inmates of the Containment Unit, a red Bug-Eye Ghost was among those who successfully opened the Unit.

Description[]
Bug-Eye Ghosts are big pale purple or red ghosts that have a huge third eye that would pop out.
Trivia[]
- In "The Halloween Door", two Bug-Eye Ghosts appear; one is colored like the original toy while the other is colored like the ghost seen in "Citizen Ghost".
