The Crosstown Horde is a group of ghosts sealed in an ancient tunnel under present day New York City.
History
At some point, an ancient civilization sealed Achira and many ghosts in an imprisoning structure using talismans and incantations. In 1997, a day after Achira escaped, the rest of the ghosts escaped from the same breach, under New York City, as the Extreme Ghostbusters wondered if the paranormal activity was over or not.
Ghosts
Most of the flyers appeared later as Component Parts Emanations to Piper in episode "The Pied Piper of Manhattan".
