The Daily News Building is a 476 foot Art Deco skyscraper between Second and Third Avenue in the Turtle Bay neighborhood of Midtown Manhattan. It was originally owned by the Tribune Company and has housed the Daily News, United Press International, and WPIX Channel 11.

Months after the Tiamat incident, the Daily News Building was haunted by the Bug-Eye Ghost. The Ghostbusters were hired to capture it. After some difficulty, they trapped it in one of the building's offices.
