The Dancing Specters were among the ghosts the Ghostbusters captured to earn $78,632 needed to build a Molecular Phase Amplifier to restore Egon to his corporeal form.
They were partying until the Ghostbusters caught them by surprise and busted them. At least three Traps were used to capture all entities in the nightclub.
