The Belt Gizmo is an equipment of some sort that can be found on the left side connected to the Belt.
History[]
The Belt Gizmo as a walkie-talkie, during the Sandman incident. Peter used it in a hallway before going under Sandman's sleeping spell.[1] During the Headless Horseman incident, Winston used it to communicate with the others.[2] Ray used it during he Spookums incident.[3] During the fairy tales made real incident, Egon got a warning on it after The Giant's Son and The Giant captured Peter and Winston with Ecto-2.[4] In both cases the yellow light goes off and an audible alert is heard. In one case the LCD screen was used.
Function[]
Unlike the unexplained film version, the animated Belt Gizmo was used several times on The Real Ghostbusters and functions as a communication device. The device didn't appear in Extreme Ghostbusters, not even in the two part Back in the Saddle, Part 1 or Back in the Saddle, Part 2.
