The Burgomeister is the chief magistrate of a town in Boldavia near Count Vostok's Castle.

History

After Dr. Nicholas Van Helden's Bat-Creature holograms scared off two teenagers Josef and Natalia, they told the rest of the town about it then the holograms terrorized them. Franz, one of the townsfolk, seized the opportunity to form a mob and confront Count Vostok once and for all. Burgomeister remarked Franz was acting like he was from a cheap animated TV show. After the creatures terrorized the town, the mob marched to the castle. The Burgomeister declared he didn't approve of it and didn't condone violence but Franz ignored him.
