The Tag Monster is a minion of The Player designed specifically to play tag and elude those he plays with.[2]
History[]
While playing the Player's game, the Ghostbusters and Slimer first entered a swamp. There the Tag Monster surfaced and initiated a game a Tag with Ray Stantz. It quickly became apparent catching the monster would prove difficult as it appeared instantaneously across the landscape. The guys ignored the monster and kept playing. The monster eventually came up to the Ghostbusters and asked if it could play, too. They agreed and tagged him at the same time. The monster was infuriated and they advanced to the next train car.
