The Real Ghostbusters: The Game by Triotoys was released in 1989. (Not to be confused with the board game made by Milton Bradley and Casper.
This game was based off the typical promo art for The Real Ghostbusters animated series.

- Janine was featured as a playable character, which was rare to even have pictures of her in most merchandise.
