Garraka planned to raise an undead army, wage war with humans, and bring about a second Ice Age. However, he was trapped by the Fire Masters before he could execute his plan.
Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire History[]
In the summer of 2024, Garraka compelled the ghosts out of the Containment Unit. They flew out of the Firehouse and spread across New York. The flow of ghosts from the unit was reversed once Garraka was hit by a trifurcated Proton Stream from Phoebe Spengler's brass plated Proton Pack. Several flew around outside the Firehouse after Garraka was trapped.
