Ghostbuster of the Year
Plot
The guys are in a state of competition for the title of Ghostbuster of the Year and getting on the Spooks Illustrated cover.
Trivia
- Many elements in this episode are based on the film noir Citizen Kane, including slight name changes and the haunting quote 'Rosebud'. Maurice LaMarche, known for his impersonation of Orson Wells, provides the voice of the ghost.
- According to the The Real Ghostbusters Complete Collection booklet, Barbara Mentee, Executive Assistant to Charles Foster Hearse III, was voiced by Anne Curry.
- The final is rank title in the 2009 Ghostbusters video game multiplayer mode is called Ghostbuster of the Year.
