Possessed Louis was honked at by cars as he slowly crossed the many street lanes. He avoided the cars. He wandered past the pedestrians on the Seventh Avenue sidewalk. The pedestrians were all sex workers. One laughed at him. Louis looked at a male mannequin dressed in a suit in a store front display and asked it if it was the Gatekeeper. Two mounted police officers noticed his strange behavior and followed him down the street. A sex worker approached him and asked if he wanted some company. He introduced himself as Vinz Clortho, Keymaster of Gozer, and asked her if she was the Gatekeeper. Ignorant of the situation, she played along and claimed to be the Gatekeeper. Louis' eyes lit up and he picked her up. She screamed, struggled to get free, and slapped him furiously. The mounted police jumped off their horses and rushed over to pull Louis off her.
