Hohman's Black Low-Rise is a Cursed Artifact found in the Panic in Times Square Level level of Ghostbusters: The Video Game (Realistic Versions). This model building emits a disturbing glow.
Description[]
This model building emits a disturbing glow.
History[]
c.1926 American occultist John George Hohman commissioned a scale model for a domestic center of evil, "Black Low-Rise of Tri" from the Shandor architectural firm. The model was completed, but Hohman never returned to claim, or pay for it.
Where to Find It[]
Realistic Version[]
In the Field: After leaving the elevator, the model will be in the drafting room where you are attacked by Marshmallow Minis. Once the Minis have been taken care of, the model will be on the far side of the room, in the right-hand corner (assuming you are facing the room from the doorway you entered.)
At the Firehouse: The model sits on the second floor, between the kitchenette area near the fridge and Egon Spengler's lab/workspace. Being so large, and glowing the way it does, it's pretty hard to miss.
Secondary Canon History[]
The Hohman's remains on the floor in the Firehouse lab area.
Trivia[]
- The Low-Rise is based on the Terminal Reality building.[1]
- On Page 45 of the Ghostbusters: The Video Game Official Game Guide, the second Ray's Occult Road Show block features Hohman's Black Low-Rise. Ray Stantz writes that according to The Roylance Guide to Secret Societies and Sects, the Tri building is cursed.[2]

And it was a building, kind of a platform around it. A driveway or-- Yeah. Right. That building is the Terminal Reality building I walked into to go and do the beta testing and so they actually put their own building in the game."
