What is Known[]
It appears it would have been part of a line in inflatable designs. Going off the "Gooper Ghost" title, it would likely feature ghosts. This likely was aimed at a younger kid base after a few years of a slightly older kid audience aim toys. Somewhat reminiscent of the Green Ghost and Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man plush toys released back in 1987.
