History[]
Before settling on the Emmanuel Baptist Church for her wedding, Lucy paid the Paranormal Contracts Oversight Commission an extra fee to verify it would be a ghost-free venue. Much to her dismay, her wedding was interrupted by the arrival of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, April O'Neil, Casey Jones, and Chi-You. Lucy turned to the priest and demanded he deal with the problem. However, once Chi-You started emitting energy blasts, Lucy ran away.
