Mark Stetson was Entertainment Effects Group's Model Shop Supervisor who worked on Ghostbusters.

Career[]

Mark Stetson started out doing effects props and miniatures on "Star Trek: The Motion Picture." has worked as a visual effects supervisor since 1995. In 1997, Stetson won a BAFTA (British Academy) Award for visual effects in his debut project, "The Fifth Element." In 2002, he won an Academy Award and his second BAFTA Award for visual effects in Peter Jackson's "The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring."

  • For a time, Mark Stetson owned the pants prop from Ray Stantz's dream sequence in the first movie.[1]
  • Mark Stetson's wife owns the Library ghost costume from the first movie.[2]
