The Mayor's Aide[1] was Mayor Lenny's aide in 1984.
History
As Mayor Lenny and heads of state tried to mount a response to the uptick in paranormal activity, the Mayor's Aide brought the Ghostbusters into the office. He later helped remove Walter Peck from the building.
