The Mini-Phone[1] is a wrist communicator used by Chief Inspector Ogata and his police force.

While on the way to a briefing with his staff, Chief Inspector Ogata received an alert on his Mini-Phone that Nori-ra ha resurfaced in Tokyo Bay. Ogata detoured the transport and sent the Ghostbusters on their way. Ogata gave Egon Spengler a Mini-Phone so he could stay in contact with police headquarters during the bust.

The Mini-Phone has a miniature television screen and row of buttons below it.[2]
