Morris Grout (also known as Morris P. Grout) [2] is in charge of the Sedgewick Hotel.
History
Morris Grout appears to be the only one working there other than Bud. Even though his hotel is the site of the Ghostbusters' first mission, he denies that ghosts ever existed at the Sedgewick. [3] Even when he actually sees ghosts, he dismisses it as a figment of his imagination.
