It detailed the history of pagan festivals in ancient Ireland tied to Kahlil and 13 runes used to sacrifice people every 13 years.

A copy of "Pagan Rituals & Ceremonies" was part of a sidewalk sale at Ray's Occult Books. Another copy is kept in a box near the first floor stairs of the Firehouse.
