History[]
c.1979 Charged with a high level of PK energy as well as a strange sense of mischievousness, this ordinary looking traffic cone has been known to maliciously change position - confusing drivers and racking up an impressive string of bizarre traffic accidents.
Where to Find It[]
In the Field: The traffic cone is in the alleys after clearing the path for the Ecto-1b. The cone itself is in a side-alley to the left, after the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man throws a port-a-potty to clear the fence, just before following the car out to the theater where 'Hindenburg!: The Musical' is playing. Follow the side-street long enough and your P.K.E. Meter should pick up its signature. It is at the steps of Otto's Bar.
At the Firehouse: It is sitting in the corner at the top of the stairs on the second floor.
