Ray's Occult Books is a book store founded by Ray Stantz in the 1980s the first time Ghostbusters went out of business and kept afloat by Winston Zeddemore in the present.
Gameplay[]
Ray's Occult Books was relocated to the building next door to the Firehouse. Players can chat with Ray, access the ghost realm from the first edition of Tobin's Spirit Guide located at the front counter as well as look at the collectible clippings found during levels that reveal backstory about that location's history of haunting.

- Fixed an issue where Nintendo Switch users could become stuck inside Ray's Occult Shop after exiting the Ghost tutorial[1]
Trivia[]
- On the counter in Ray's Occult is an Aztec Death Whistle like the one in the Farmhouse in Ghostbusters: Afterlife that Podcast finds in Chapter 6.
- Hanging on the shelves behind the counter in Ray's Occult is a framed copy of the famous Revelations quote from the first movie in Chapter 20: Keymaster.
- Ray's Occult Books has the Orb of Garraka, Melody's Melody Diner matchbook, and books and candles with new imagery from the movie after the March 26, 2024 update.
- The third reward of the community challenge is a Ray's Occult shirt logo based on a new T-shirt officially released during Frozen Empire.
