The Real Estate Woman is the realtor who sold the Firehouse to the Ghostbusters.
History
The Real Estate Woman took Ray Stantz, Egon Spengler, and Peter Venkman on a tour of the Firehouse, a rather pricey fixer-upper. Although Egon suggested the building should be condemned, Ray's exuberance sealed the sale. The Real Estate Woman was very pleased with the development.
Trivia
- As evidenced by the trademark gold blazer she wore, the Real Estate Woman worked for Century 21 which was also confirmed in the Revised Third Draft of the movie script. [1]
