Skeleton Pilot Ghost is one of a number of ghosts that appear in the The Real Ghostbusters Pilot. He has also appeared in some promotional items including Milton Bradley The Real Ghostbusters board game on a card.

- On page eight of Ghostbusters Issue #4, the Skeleton Pilot Ghost makes a non-canon cameo as a toy on the helicopter panel.
- On page 29 of Ghostbusters Annual 2018, in panel 4, the toy plane is based on the Skeleton Pilot Ghost's one.
