The Slime Entity (also known as Slimy) was a Level Six Slime Entity that appeared in IDW Comics.
History[]
When the Ghostbusters defeated Koza'Rai, they went back to 18th century France to rescue Janine Melnitz, but were swallowed by the Slime Entity along the way. Ray Stantz accidentally ported the team right into the entity's lair. The Slime Entity conducted attacks on nearby villages and farms. It swallowed people whole and left areas covered in demonic slime.
Luckily, Janine and Leonardo da Vinci had founded their own ghostbusting business and captured the entity, freeing the Ghostbusters and all other victims. Janine was happy to see them again, but demanded that she get a promotion before she repairs the damage done to the Firehouse.

- Leonardo da Vinci noted the Slime Entity barely makes the Ghostbusters Versailles' top 20 list of villains and Morgan Le Fay and the singing Gargoyles of Notre-Dame were deadlier.
