::2) Since it is a short sentence (whereas, the SOS section will have a lot more info added it once July comes around and we can consider the game canon until we see a GBIII blaze into theaters and shows us otherwise), it could be put into Trivia since it is not a canon appearance in the movie canon we have going. I had a similar instance with the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future. Since they appeared in RGB and an IDW comic, I simply mentioned the IDW comic was non canon in the Appearances section. [[User:Mrmichaelt|Mrmichaelt]] 04:34, June 3, 2011 (UTC)

:::To a point, we shouldn't be decided what is canon to begin with. To me SOS is fine on the pages it is onlike this one, cares it sources it as canon. Yes, when GB3 hits, it will toss SOS off the map, but it should even then stay. I am not sure about the Christmas ghosts however, since neither JMS or the writers from the comic wrote they takes with the other in mind. Both cases for Janosz (the new gb2 game and SOS) both times the source was GB2 film. I believe we may need a canon Policy. What do you think? ::::Yes, I think we need to make a Canon Policy. In the past several weeks, it came to my notice that things that are taken for granted as common sense aren't so these days and we have to make a policy in order to protect this wiki, other site's work, and everyone's contributions to the wiki (I tend to disagree about "off the map" but once a movie comes out, we can debate all we want about SOS and GB3 being canon in the forum).

::::So for the removed content...rollback or what (My vote goes to rollback, btw)? [[User:Mrmichaelt|Mrmichaelt]] 05:56, June 3, 2011 (UTC)

:::::Well then it settles that one. I'll begin writing it tonight, and you can hit it tomorrow and "fix" issues you see and we can debate from there. I think since we both understand how canon terminology, this wont be that hard. It would undoing "canon purests" easier. Articles shouldn't be battle grounds for canon issues anyways. Content to New Ghostbusters II Video Game removed

The following content was removed "==New Ghostbusters II Game== He is the penultimate boss. He replicates himself and the Ghostbusters defeat him by capturing his clones."

That being said, I am not sure removing it was a good idea. Where does content like this go? Should other non canon content be removed too? What is canon? Anyways, I can't decide what to do with it either.  Devilmanozzy (Talk Page)  02:34, June 3, 2011 (UTC)
Well, I also disagree with this content's removal. I think we should either
1) Rollback
2) Since it is a short sentence (whereas, the SOS section will have a lot more info added it once July comes around and we can consider the game canon until we see a GBIII blaze into theaters and shows us otherwise), it could be put into Trivia since it is not a canon appearance in the movie canon we have going.
