Tobin's Mansion equals The Fairfield Pond[]
The Fairfield Pond... reads on this site:
- "4. Fairfield Pond, The Hamptons, USA - $170 million"
- "The Fairfield Pond, named after the body of water next to it, is own by Ira Rennert and spreads over 63 hectares of land. The property is the largest residential compound in the US. with its 66,000 square feet. Containing a bowling alley, a $150,000 hot tub, 5 tennis courts and a basketball court. If you have time to spare, you can get lost between the 29 bedrooms and 39 bathrooms of the mansion."
Anyways it can be found at 40.918924, -72.264582 which is in Sagaponack, New York ... two villages south of East Hampton.

- Tobin's Mansion does indeed appear to be the inspiration for/stand in for the Fairfield Pond since those descriptions of the lot's size and rooms match up very nicely. And looking at your Google Maps page and looking back at the PCOC File in Ghostbusters Volume 1 Issue #5, there is the file of Samuel Hain. It notes he is buried in East Hampton Public Cemetery and if you look at the client's (Artie Lester) address, it is "6324 North Bvd. East Hampton, NY" I plugged that into Google Maps and the first suggestion that popped up was "N Rd, Sagaponack, New York 11962" [1] four streets away from Fairfield Pond Road.
