The Two Headed Fish Ghost appears in a warehouse on a dock in episode "Janine's Genie".
History
There isn't much known about this specter. It was shown opening the shudders in the second floor of the warehouse. It was not shown being captured and may still be at large.

In its brief appearance was shown it can move physical objects. It appears to have fish like features which may suggest other traits.
